Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. If you're using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site (for example, by uploading malware or running automated scrapers)
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Reverse-engineer or copy the Site's code or content for unauthorized purposes
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by FourthDeck Transportation LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else (republishing, redistributing, training AI models on our content, building derivative products) requires our written permission.
If you submit content to the Site (a comment, review, photo, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with operating the Site. You retain ownership.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Visit them at your own discretion.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the Site's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Information on the Site is for general purposes and is not professional advice. Don't rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in the relevant field.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FourthDeck Transportation LLC and our officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FourthDeck Transportation LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
For users in the European Union
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU law. If you're an EU consumer, you may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence, and the law of your country applies to the extent it provides stronger consumer protections than Texas law.
You also have the right to use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For users in the United Kingdom
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015). UK consumers may bring claims in UK courts and may rely on UK law to the extent it provides stronger consumer protections.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Effective date" at the top and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
